The customer support is top-notch! Whatever you ask, the answer is always yes! They have a "when there is a will there is a way attitude." We have gone from static paper GIS to a fully electronic GIS system. Additionally, they have helped us with several API's allowing us to complete many tasks electronically. We also have a feature built-in that allows customers to view District boundaries, view parcels, and get estimates before purchasing services.
