Versatile Tool with Room for Improvement

I do like the versatility of Merchant Relationship Management by NMI. It has a lot of features that are very useful. For instance, the ticket type creation is one of the most powerful tools on the operation side; although there were initially some misunderstood uses, once you build them out, it works really great. The email templates for automating communication are also valuable, helping us streamline interactions with merchants. These templates help automate a lot of communication, making the whole process more efficient and yielding good feedback from merchants. The ticket types are also versatile and expansive, with roughly 300 ticket types that I utilize, allowing us to manage the workflow better. Categorizing tickets is extremely valuable for pulling reports, and overall, email templates make communication very automated, which is extremely helpful.

Proactive Support and Seamless Integrations

I like that with NMI Gateway, as the Processor, I can log in and assist my merchants, which is crucial for those who are not tech-savvy. This proactive support capability sets NMI apart from other gateways like Authorize.net. The login function is really helpful as it allows me to see exactly what the merchants are looking at or to get the details they are missing. Another big feature I find incredibly useful is the ability to have multiple processing backends loaded up on NMI. This lets me easily swap or point to another backend without needing a whole new gateway, especially if one goes down. The uptime has been phenomenal, and it's been a great experience using them for about 6 years with very few issues. It's my top recommended gateway, a 10 for me.

Streamlined CRM for Merchant Services

I really like Merchant Relationship Management by NMI for its convenience in capturing leads and new clients using webforms. It's also great for sending out welcome emails and keeping track of customer interactions. My favorite feature is the ability to notify and track leads and flows into the system, which can then be converted into actions like emails. The initial setup was easy, and they helped us bring over our leads from Salesforce. We moved from Salesforce because it was huge and clunky, while Merchant Relationship Management is streamlined. It's the best one for Merchant Services, and I rate it a 10 for recommendation.
