I like the ease of use and overall function of suite. Allowing me to view current unsigned documents- resend for signatures or delete as needed and the ability to archive them. I also like the ability to set signing order which is important for specific documents that require many different department heads approval. I often use the search feature in the archive which allows me to quickly find old signed documents and re-download them which is faster than finding them by our own internal system or processes. I also very much enjoy being able to create a pdf from my email and combine multiple saved pdfs into one larger document. This is huge for me as I combine all invoices and approval documents for batch approvals.
