It is always difficult to ascertain whether the guests, prior to the event, read all the info that is sent to them and to get them to provide personal info, this product was the answer I needed. It allows them to receive updates, go to a centralized location, upload their info and look at other attendee's bios (allowing for better networking at the event). Overall it better allows them to be prepared for the event without as much hand holding from the host.

It was great to be able to get to know something about the folks attending before showing up. I can see how it could be great leveraging it as a coordinated event for an organization.
