I also like how easy it is to tie into the appropriate demographics, even at the cheapest tier. Customer support is well above average. The editors helped quite a bit with our first PR, and thereafter we had an account manager who made things even more seamless. After implementation, our PRs always garner a level of attention that satisfies our clients. While we pitch Newswire to every appropriate client, we don't use them as frequently as I'd like, and their service inward and outward remains consistently above bar. Maybe once to 4 times a year. And their built-in tools make it easy for my clients to integrate their PRs into their websites and social media!
