I like how Navvia provides a step by step guide to building your processes for operations and service management. They provide all the ITSM processes with detailed and easy to use templates to serve as a roadmap for completing a wonderfully designed process document. I also loved the survey capabilities Navvia provides. Navvia also provides the best customer service of any company I've worked with. I give them an A++ on the friendliness and knowledge of the product their reps provide.

It is easy to use and navigate. The process templates that they provide are really helpful when it comes to process design. It is a very smart tool and one feature that stands out for me is that if you make a change at one place, it automatically gets replicated throughout the process and saves you the time and effort of manually updating it everywhere. Navvia customer support is also great as they have a very quick turnaround time.
