My company allowed us to use naturaltext for a project and it was so useful as that particular project had come to us after a previous agency failed to deliver the client what they wanted. So we were given tons of documents and we didn't know where to begin and what to do with them. With naturaltext, it was a relief to have all the documents processed and have answers or gist to what it's about in an understandable form.

I was able to use it to classify a large number of documents, which was a huge time saver.
