I love how easy the web portal is to use to keep everyone informed. It allows me to provide meeting dates and locations along with all of the meeting material for each event. It is easy for all involved, from the board member to the administrator.

The dashboard makes a great difference - I can provice the Board with immediate context. One distinguishing feature is videos and rich content on the dashboard. The organization of documents is easy with drag and rop organization. The setup and customer support has been exceptional. We had a comprehensive training, then three additional training sessions. We have upcoming trainings as a group with the full Board, and the offer to meet with individuals if needed. Another distinguishng feature with this product is that it's all-inclusive...no more calls and interactions when every new feature comes out. It's included, just the question on if you want it set up or not.
