I liked the ease of use of the interface. You can search for posts by keyword, or even put the name of the website or person you wish to search. You can even search by date, putting the most recent ones first or the posts with the most engagement first. You also have the option of saving search terms and not having to type them into the interface every time you log on. I also liked the free trial they give you. It allows you to decide whether this is the application for your business.

Social Animal is useful for me as an online marketer and course educator. It gives great insights to what kind of content I should write for my blog when it comes to being relevant, trendy and popular. Especially, the social media numbers can give a clearer indication of where my targeted audience is hanging out with, and what kind of course content they are interested to read and learn. In short, SA helps to steer clear the direction of where my next content creation going to be.
