One of the biggest benefits for us right now is the access to intent data and the ability to engage with our target accounts effectively. N.Rich has been a collaborative partner, working closely with us to tailor solutions that meet our specific needs. We’ve also appreciated their responsiveness and the fact that they are based in Europe, which means quick turnaround times.

The platform enables our Marketing and Demand Generation managers to automate and scale our account-based advertising efforts targeting bigger enterprise accounts. The kind of insights we get from N.Rich also helps us polish our ICP and GTM strategy as such.

The platform is reasonably priced and they worked with us on our budget. During the whole process, including once we were live, they kept our budget in mind and always offer suggestions for getting the biggest bang for our buck. The account exec worked closely with us to understand what we needed throughout the sales process; he was friendly and professional. I really appreciate that onboarding included asking what our goals were with the platform. Our customer success rep is awesome. She's very accessible via email, explains herself well, and is a true asset. The campaign setup is so easy. At a larger company, I worked with 6sense which has fantastic customer support; N.Rich is just as good at a much lower price point (and they only do part of what 6s does).
