We recently upgraded our franchise learning system to My Learning Hub for our group of over 3500 users. The user interface, ease of management, and data analytics sold us on this platform. Our previous system had a very outdated user experience, and our System Admins found themselves doing all the user maintenance for our Franchisees and their teams. Within four weeks of launching the My Learning Hub platform, we have dozens of Franchisees managing their teams by assigning them learning paths and courses and looking to promote within so that their team leaders can do the same.
