The other thing we use a lot is their API, which is a critical feature we've been using to integrate AI into our GTM processes and deliverables. Their API is intuitive and easy to use for the core use cases. We found that competitors tended to have either no API access, or it was complex and the subscription was expensive. They also have an online app that our sales team uses. UI is intuitive to use (IMO - better than ZI, Apollo and D&B). One feature we love is that Sales people can easily build mailing lists which can easily be exported to campaigns / sequences our marketing team has set up in Pipedrive.
