The MultiSoft team is simply the best in customer service! They are quick to address any issue or request for guidance and they are always detailed in their response. I have been with them for around 6 years now - with multiple websites - and have never thought about switching companies. The best part for me personally, is that they take the time to instruct, with personalized videos or scheduling a call or Zoom meeting, usually within 24 hours. They're always courteous and never treat clients like their questions don't matter. Ahmit is a virtual fountain of information, Jessie is my go to guy, Davyd C is fantastic in the role of Project Manager, David I, Ivan, Erwin, Estefanie, Mary & Mary, etc... I could go on - all great, and of course Robert himself, is always accommodating. It's so refreshing to be involved with a team you're on a first name basis with, and who are never too busy to care.
