My account manager Brecht really walks the extra mile when necessary - unlike other providers we used in the past MSA's team is always straighforward and tells at shortest notice what is possible and what is not without beating around the bush. We had an unfortane situation last year (I cannot go into detail) and Brecht and other members of the MSA team worked around the clock to resolve the issue, being the connecting link between our company, regulating autorities and other parties involved. MSA played a key role in minizing the negative impacts of this event on our business and where other service providers have walked away or panicked when the storm was incoming, MSA team braced for impact and professionally guided us through the whole process. Just because it isn't easy doesn't mean it can't be done. This attitude makes me want to work and stay with MSA.

Knowledge, response, cultural understanding

They require very little input from ourside, but if we need some clarifications, they are quick to respond.
