Very Comprehensive Program

|MRI Property Management
MRI is a user friendly program, you can choose between the WEB version or the installed software on your computer. Having both options give a great deal of flexibility if you happen to be out of the office. You have a great deal of flexibility when it comes to set up, reporting and GL entries, switching between accounting periods is quick and allows adjustments to be made to prior periods.

Very User Friendly

|MRI Property Management
I used LeaseFlow and another MRI software platform when I first started in the industry and had no prior real estate knowledge and no prior experience with real estate software; this program was so easy to learn. Within days I was using the program to process rent payments, track work orders and do all things resident related. I'm now currently using yardi and yardi is nowhere near as user friendly.
