High level of Customer Service

|MRI Property Management
We view our relationship with MRI as a partnership. The level of customer service provided to us has been exceptional. We aren't necessarily an easy client either; we make sure our opinions are known, especially when enhancements could be made to make the product better. Our voice is alwasy heard and we feel valued. MRI is our core software provider and we use it every day. When needed, MRI support is great. We have concierge level and feel that it is well worth the investment. Our sales team is top notch, responding quickly and professionally.
