Really like the way we were able to integrate our own clock in system through the easy to use API. Support has been good with suggestions for improvement being acted upon quickly and providing functionality requested.

MRI is the simplest tool to manage your tenants and financials in Property Management

I like the simplicity of the program. No overloaded with tabs and menus. Self directed to make navigating a breeze and items easy to find. Entering invoices are smooth and straight to the point. Love that searching vendor history for payments and invoices are accessible as well as tenant inquiries to review their history of charges and receipts. Logging in to MRI is simple and once you get the hang of it you will be a pro in no time as the system interface never changes, unlike Yardi which has evolved drastically over the years.

User-Friendly Lease Administration

The automated email alerts for critical dates is invaluable. Also, being able to upload and reference specific pages of a PDF document is a game-changing new feature. ProLease has the ability to be as in-depth or high-level as you need.
