The Induction Tools and easy documentation are our favorite parts of WOL. Also that the program may be accessed by smart phones, virtually anywhere there's internet access works for our crews in the field. A lot of our seasonal workers are under the age of 25, they relate to the digital training platform. The Customer Service- from sales to technical help to accounting- have every time been kind, with a great attitude, and knowledgeable, and they are located all around the world. There have been very few issues, however, help has always been in good timing when needed. The program is very easy to use and work with, even also for those of us who do not use digital / computer stuff so much.
