Sendy in general is great and a very cost-effective and feature rich alternative to other newsletter systems. SendyBay takes it one step further with their fully managed Sendy offering, great support and their SendyBay exclusives like the Drag-N-Drop email template editor, etc. Highly recommended!

The staff is extremely helpful; I've always had prompt answers to my questions and I feel they've gone out of their way to help me with some of the issues I had in setting up my account (and to note, this had nothing to do with Sendybay as a service but my own site and Sendy installation I did). Also I feel the price is very competitive and well worth its value for all the excellent support we're getting, too.
