Mosaic’s multi-subsidiary consolidation has been a complete game-changer. This functionality allows us to connect two separate instances of our XERO ERP automating data consolidation and allowing us to easily see a more holistic view of the business. The platform also provides built-in currency conversion and eliminations. Since we have offices in the US, UK, and AUS, our team was historically spending hours each month translating and converting numbers for our reporting. Their Customer Success team is incredible. They’ve partnered with us along the way to establish best practice reporting structures, saving us a ton of time and increasing visibility for the entire organization.

The Mosaic tool is easy to use and provides a platform where we can aggregate financial data across our various platforms (ex: Salesforce, Xero, Justworks, etc.) and creates a malleable canvas from which we can create visually digestible and customized reporting in order to analyze key financial metrics and provide insights to our stakeholders. Behind the Mosaic tool is an agile team constantly working to improve the product. Since we started using Mosaic over a year ago, we have seen the tool evolve and become more robust and customizable to the needs of our business model.

The tool has added a tonne of efficiency to our financial reporting and forecasting process. We now have a platform that can pull in and host our most important financial information from our accounting ERP, our CRM, and our HRM. I can direct our leadership team to Mosaic and it is a one-stop-shop for them to see a tailored and live view of the most relevant financial information to our company. The tool itself is extremely easy to navigate and use. We received a lot of support when onboarding but even outside of this, I have always felt very comfortable navigating through Mosaic and creating different analyses. I can direct my leadership team to Mosaic and they are also very comfortable toggling date ranges, or including/excluding specific information. They look at financial information far more frequently now that we have started using Mosaic. Most importantly from my end, Mosiac has allowed me to analyze and understand our financial performance at a speed and level of detail that I had not experienced before. I default to using Mosaic when asked any financial-related question whether that be Cash Balance related, Bookings related, AR related - the list goes on. It is not just a time saver, I now know more about the composition of our financial statements, and the detail behind our balances and accounts because I am using Mosaic.
