ResourceSpace was easy to implement and is easy to use while also including lots of really useful features, including the ability to create customised collections of images that can be shared with both internal and external users and to link to particular images / collections from our Library Management System. I also like the fact that it's an Open Source system and the customer support that we get via Montala has been great.

The ResourceSpace platform is easy to use, mostly intuitive, and well liked by all of our users. When something isn't that straightforward, which is rare, you can get straight in touch with them and they help you. You always speak to a person, they always explain how to do what you need. What is great is that they check in regularly to make sure all is well and you don't need anything.
