Extremely stable, and probably the pinnacle of MDM manageability.

|Mojave
Mojave marks the last time privacy settings were easily manageable via MDM and PPPC. In 10.15.x and 11.x, mandatory user-approval brings several critical management settings to a halt - notably screen sharing/recording tools. We specifically held off on updating in favor of using Mojave for a couple more years for this very reason.
