I love how efficient it has made my day to day. It has significantly reduced the amount of clicks and double checking I have to do when scheduling, especially at a very high volume. They have come up with many features that solution the biggest pain points that we experience in our main ATS, which has made the world's of a difference. Also, the ModernLoop team is great to work with; always available and quick to respond to any queries/bugs/flags that we raise and initiate quick fixes. They're so open to feedback and taking feature requests that can further help our efficiencies.

What I like best is the Modern Loop's ability to look at a number of schedules at once.
