The dashboard view, easy access to work order-related items, stock management, slick reporting, and dynamic form builder are some of the outstanding features. The cloud server the system runs on is very stable and users have no issues if they use it multiple days per day. From a mobile worker's perspective, the app is easy to navigate and use. Customer support is very good, with quick turn-around time on basic questions and if professional services are needed, the team provides cost estimates quickly. With regards to integration, there are open APIs that enable easy integration, and some accounting systems have already been integrated, which is a great feature.
