The best part of Mitchell is the reliability

Mitchell one does allow for an organized shop management platform to be integrated into shop procedures, which ultimately is better than a paper-based system.

This software was really straightforward and very easy to manipulate. We wanted to step things up, so we have since moved on to a different software. This one did not have enough modern features or options to make us want to stick around. We wanted an easier way to inventory parts and keep track of PO#s as well as communicate better with our customers. This software moves easily from quote to invoice but that was really it. It def looks and feels outdated. The labor times and guides were great and more accurate than some other software we have tried. We just really needed more features and way to keep us organized so it was time to move on.
