I am a virtual corporate law and owner of VanillaBiz, which provides freelance and outsourced corporate law clerk services. MinuteBox also supports multiple entity types, such as family trusts and limited partnerships, which is something my old software could not do. Being able to have entity information and records readily available for these additional entity types allows me to provide value added service that was just not possible before.
As a college professor, I am fortunate to be introducing MinuteBox to our Corporate Law students and using this software in our program. MinuteBox is organized, easy to use and relevant to course content. I look forward to continuing to use this software in the years to come.
