On the day of our webinar, Micepad even allocated dedicated headcounts to help assist us with an immediate response when we face any issues that we are not familiar with.

The ease of usage, pro-activeness of the team at the event

We’ve used Micepad multiple times for our 500-2,000pax events. The user journey is very user friendly! Account set up and dashboard are great, easy to navigate around. I’m not a tech whiz but Micepad’s user experience is quick to pick up. As for our event participants, they loved most of the features and the convenience of it. We had very positive feedbacks and would like to continue using Micepad. Efficient and helpful support received as well.
