I have learnt new strategies to help deal with stress by building new skills. What I like best about meQuilibrium is that the skills I work on are chosen based on my stress profile and suit my specific needs.

I love their content, activities, articles and monthly webinar. I find high value in their teachings, how everything is mostly backed either by research or experts and even suggest authors of books that you can go find for more in-depth knowledge of the topic.

Mequilibrium has taught me to recognize when I am getting stressed and unfocused. Through mediation and breathing exercises I have learned to still my thoughts and be more present. This helps to relieve my stress and helps me to once again focus on the tasks at hand. It has improved my work life and also helped me to relax and unwind at night, so that I sleep better. I also love reading their articles and attending their webinars as they have many nuggets of wisdom that help to improve my life. Sometimes, it is hard for me to take a fe minutes to relax and refocus but when I do I always feel better.
