Its a good way to meet new people in the organisation

Easy to use platform and great to be able to quickly find mentors/mentees who have particular experiences and skill sets.

The platform is easy to use and navigate, I joined mentor loop through my employer and have been matched with a really great mentor. It is a great opportunity to learn about someone else whilst getting coaching/career advice from a professional with a different background/experiance.
