Its ability to link and match in real time with those in your organisation to set up meaningful and highly practical mentoring environments that can be built upon easily and scaled to suit the wider audiences.

This is my second year participating in our mentorship program, both as a mentor and as a mentee. I have been enjoying seeing the progress and growth of my mentees, and seeing "light-bulb" moments at every session. I find my relationships with my mentees equally as valuable as those with my mentors. Having a user-friendly platform provides a structured yet flexible in the way meetings are organised, allowing both mentor and mentee to work around busy schedules, and the freedom to plan the frequency and length of sessions based on what suits each others' needs and goals best. The curated resources gave me some useful tips, and reassured me that I am approaching things 'the right way'. The tips can be easily implemented and can form the basis of notes taken for record keeping, and ticking goals! It's also great to receive reminders, nudges, and check-ins via email on a regular basis, helping the relationship stay productive and aligned with goals, but without too much pressure.
