I use Mentorloop Mentoring Software to communicate with my mentor in a different part of the country, and it's really effective for that. I like that we can have almost any number of people sharing their different experiences, the issues they're facing, and their solutions. I find it extremely helpful in being able to share ideas among a vast number of people. It serves as a common place for all of us to gather and share information and experiences, despite being located in different parts of the country. The fact that it allows for communication in real-time is excellent.

I like that Mentorloop Mentoring Software helps me give kudos to my mentors and interact with them easily. I also appreciate being able to connect using my email, which adds to the efficiency of the process.
