It is easy to setup a form that is understandable for everyone, the database behind (output) is secundairy. If you what to change a little thing, you do it in a second. Easy pdf output of data, can use it on multiple devices (PC-android-IOS). No internet connection needed, so always in opertion. Javascript and calculation fields, so you can get direct results instead of just a plain input form, with aggregation setting to disable/enable visible input fields when needed or not.
