An ergonomic, user-friendly platform

The conversation part is central to the tool, enabling our customers to exchange ideas in real time. What's more, the support team is very responsive (Gwen <3) and the product team quickly integrates our requests for evolution, which is very much appreciated.

Great platform that allows us to federate our community and animate it with simplicity & efficiency

I appreciate the tool which is simple, effective and which facilitates collaboration with our ecosystems. The team is great and is available to accompany us. We were looking for an effective way to federate and animate our community of customers and thanks to MeltingSpot we found it.

A great way to federate a community !

A great way to federate a community while keeping the exclusive and privileged touch. The platform is very intuitive, and you don't need any development skills to get used to the tool, which is great.
