The Medrio Team! They are great, super-helpful in set-up. System itself is also quite nice and simple, but as in the title- so far I have experience only with UAT. User administration is simple, however my really good computer had problems with User Template file for 200 entries (it hanged-on).

Medrio EDC is one of the easier systems to understand.

Medrio is easy to build a database in and straightforward for users. It is best suited to studies without an extremely complicated visit schedule, and studies that are not expected to have a lot of significant assessment schedule changes/updates. Medrio can support fairly complex cross-form edit checks without the need for a builder to know how to write code. It is easy to deploy changes to the live database without much downtime. Additionally, there are not a lot of ways to mess up a database really badly; deleted fields and forms can be recovered. The ability to put multiple logs on the same CRF and show different logs at different visits is extremely useful for minimizing the number of unique CRFs which creates lots of downstream efficiencies. The RTSM build and integration process is straightforward. Customer service is quick to respond and for all but the most complex issues, very efficient at providing the information needed to find a solution.
