I like the fact that e-IEP Pro has the prompts written out for us to use and we just have to fill them in. It makes remembering all of the of the parts of the IEP more manageable and easier to deal with. It gives us something to start with and examples in case we need some help with it. There is always someone to help with customer support. I use it daily.
