Their reporting features are excellent! Their reporting features are very user friendly and you can literally filter by anything you can think of! The system is very user friendly for out patient practice. Staff pick it up very quickly! We also just switch from a physical Medent Server to their Cloud serive. Their technicains and project team were very responsive both before, during and after the implementation!

I am a gastroenterologist in practice in the Finger Lakes since 1990. I began using Medent EMR in the mid-1990's and have been using this system continuously now for more than twenty-five years. I have been on staff at multiple hospitals in the area and have become quite familiar with other EMR systems and still rate Medent the best. It is easy to learn and has a user friendly interface which saves time and energy during a busy day. Old records are at your finger tips and communicating with other physicians takes but a keystroke. Diagnostic coding, superbills, triages, labs, xrays and emails are well integrated into the architecture of the program. Medent support is superb and the system is regularly updated. Needless to say I am thoroughly satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

User access to the MEDENT manual is extremely helpful for do-it-yourself users who sometimes work around the clock. While MEDENT support is generally quite responsive, their online manual provides immediate customer support at any hour.
