One of the most incompetent MSPs I've ever dealt with.
The service is global, so you can enjoy the disastrous implementation attempts at each of your worldwide sites.
While it does suck, they are one of the view vendors we looked at that had a single management portal for most things.
Sales team were good, but seem to have sold us a useless service so not much to be happy about there.

Great Business Media Phone System for Multi-Office Business!
Masergy has a wide variety of capabilities on its platform. We have a business which includes 20+ office locations. The media phone system connects to each internet and cable system seemlessly. In addition, the voice recognition software is a huge bonus.
