Super easy to set up and explain to my non technical members

I really like how easy it is to set up and explain to my non technical members. They sometimes struggle learning new tools, but Marker.io is very intuitive to use. And of course how good the results are! Everyone can send anything in, and devs have all they need to get started. Absolute life saver when you work with a mixed team.

Excellent product, intuitive, easy to use.

When we do testing, I need to make sure everyone is on the same page. My internal testers have all the experience and technical knowledge to collect the information the engineers need regarding the bugs, but our beta testers don't. I needed a tool like Marker.io to get them to submit perfect issues because everything was taking too long. I love how it is easy to set up, easy to easy and easy to manage for me. I needed the custom forms for our beta testers, to make sure they don't get confused, and they are perfect!

The easiest to use bug tracking and screenshot tool out there

Absolutely love the fact that I no longer need to collect a bug of technical information for my developers. They work so much faster now, and I waste a lot less time screenshotting and adding the console logs etc OR answering their emails with requests for more info because I forgot. A massive winwin on all fronts as far as we are concerned!
