Easy to use cap table mgmt with great support. Founder-friendly, affordable flat-rate pricing.

Really easy to use and great support when you dont understand some legal complexity to to cap table mgmt. Pricing is flat rate and way more affordable than leading competitor. I uploaded our documents and they automatically generated the cap table, with little modification required.

Sleek and feature rich!

We've been so happy ever since we started using Mantle! The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that makes navigation straightforward, users find it easy to manage and visualize equity data with minimal training or explanation required. Mantle works very efficiently handling large datasets and multiple users with no significant downtime or performance issues noted. One of my favorite features is the timeline view making it visually appealing and also exciting to navigate through the company's event history. I also must mention that the Mantle team have been the most supportive and friendly throughout every step strating from making the implementation process super smooth and down to quickly responding to every concern or challenge that we face, constantly giving solutions and always optimizing, enhancing and introducing new product features.

Simple to use

|Mantle
Very easy to use, good modeling and exports. It's an early stage product but it can easily replace Carta without a lot of the bloat. Pricing is also 100x better than anything else out there. Our legal team loves it. Super easy to implement and switch.
