Manifestly allows me to keep track of multiple projects clearly and simply. I can look back at a Manifestly checklist and immediately remember what I have done and what still needs doing. It allows me to make notes if needed, and share the checklist with multiple users which eases collaboration.

The ability to create templates of tasks that needs to be executed and then following through with them in an easy to use interface. It keeps me focused and makes sure I don't forget how to handle recurring tasks - things from monthly and weekly tasks that I need to take and on to things that happen because a client purchased an ebook or enrolled to an online course.
