The best thing is the simple way to manipulate the data on the platform. I also have easy and quick access to pretty much everything I could want to know about a candidate, job, client or my team / users. Automation is done quite well too, although I am not using the full potential of it yet. I like the balance between the ability to stay at a very top level overview and whenever I want to deep dive quickly into the details.
