Lots of intuitive features that make my work much more efficient. For example the candidate rating system which cuts screening time by half, or the parser that automatically extracts information from candidates resume.

I like using this ATS because it provides a feature for every task I have to undertake while I recruit. The LinkedIn extension helps with the sourcing, the AI engine helps with the parsing and vetting, and now they've got even more features for collaboration, task management, guest access, onboarding, you name it. It's a compact solution that covers all the areas I need covered. Very good software

It's a very effective ATS, I'll say that. my process is so much better defined since I've signed up with Manatal. I feel a lot more comfortable using their job pipeline. It's also very useful in terms of monitoring my team's progress, and getting data about ongoing projects without any trouble. I like that they allow exporting and migrating data, the feature is almost everywhere.
