1 - The support team is really helpful and responsive. 2 - Easy to use. We were able to learn how to use most of the platform's features in 30 minutes. For the rest the support team helped us. 3 - We now have our own customized career page. 4 - Since we deal with a lot of resume, the mass import and parsing features are a huge time save.

Clear interface and features that cover the every step of the hiring process. My favorite tools are the automated job posting and the possibility to invite hiring managers to participate in the hiring process.
