Segmentation lets us split the database precisely by behavior and purchase history, and workflows combine email, SMS, web push and pop-ups into consistent communication. I also value the open API, which lets us adapt the platform to each client’s needs. The agentic AI features are a real step forward. By connecting Manago AI to an AI agent, I can ask in plain language about campaign results, workflow performance, revenue or segment usage, and get answers straight from the account data. The agent pulls data from different modules and puts it together, so analysis and monthly client reporting that used to mean exporting and combining data by hand now take a fraction of the time. The platform keeps evolving, and the direction it’s heading with AI is very promising.

What I like most about SALESmanago is the ability to switch between accounts and easily copy content, including templates, from one account to another. I also want to highlight how great the support team is. The people are extremely helpful and have a high level of professional expertise in this area. They not only help with setting up automations but also provide valuable business advice, which is incredibly helpful. I haven’t experienced this level of support with any other tool. The new AI features that have been introduced recently are also very useful. I especially appreciate the automatic translation feature, as it means I don’t need to switch to other apps to get things done. It makes the whole workflow much more convenient and efficient.
