It has a really simple interface and easy to get started. They also allow you to import several sites and manage them from one spot instead of logging in all the time. The ability to be alerted when something is off on any of my sites e.g.security risk

There are so many affordable options that are available to people. The detail provided in a report and the various automation features help make them run smoothly! The fact that you can update themes and multiple plugins is also an excellent tool. It has become a one-stop-shop for us.
