If you compare Majestic with other Backlink Checker Tools, it has one of the biggest crawl depths of all available solutions on the market. This means it discovers a big majority of all the links out there (of course no tool in the world can discover 100% of all links). I also like their differentiation between the fresh and historic index. The historic index is updated roughly 2 times per year, whereas the fresh index is updated on a daily basis. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, depending on your analysis goals, but I really like the flexibility to take a look at both. Also, their TF (Trust Flow) and CF (Citation Flow) stats as well as Topical trust flows allow you to identify quite fast the “off-page quality” of a specific domain.
