I like Mailercloud's good features, ease of use, high deliverability, and excellent support system. Their support is particularly notable for their willingness to solve any problem as soon as possible, and they even resolved an issue through a quick Google Meet call. The automation feature is my favorite; I just set up the flow rate, and it takes care of the rest. The Segment feature helps to pull out the emails across multiple lists just by applying some simple and logical conditions. Also, the lower pricing with good features compared to Mailchimp prompted the switch for us.

What I like best about Mailercloud is how simple it is for me to send newsletters and customer announcements. It helps me get messages out quickly, keep things consistent, and stay confident that communications reach customers with easy-to-use metrics.

I like that there are many options, especially the drag and drop editor and all the other smart features. It makes it very easy to compose and send a good email. I also appreciate the email editor and all the features to send an email and analyze the results. The initial setup of Mailercloud was fairly straightforward, exactly what I expected.
