We started with Mindbox around three years ago and we selected them for a number of reasons. In the three years we’ve worked with them, I’ve found them to be an efficient, very responsive company. Whenever we had any issues, they were always there to help. When we found ways to improve the system they listened to our feedback and implemented changes. Their ability to show us results at the click of a button is great. The reporting systems have gotten better and better over time, and this allows us to have a quick snapshot view of every email and identify how we can improve it at each stage of the way.

I’ve been using Mindbox while working in SaaS MarTech & EdTech, and I was surprised by its flexibility: I was able to customize Mindbox for our subscription model and adopt its product architecture for our students’ learning processes. As a result, we’ve set up lots of automated marketing flows: stand-alone triggers, welcome-funnels and bulk communications. Besides that, there is a built-in flexible system of dynamic variables. One of the best things is that I managed to set up transactional and technical notifications via Mindbox: it let us save a lot of time for our developer teams, so all the email (and other direct) communications are concentrated within one marketing team. Personally, I found the integration process fairly transparent and the data transfer scheme easy-to-understand: 1. API 2. On-page data tracking with SDK So a marketing team with an average technical background would be able to maintain the technical performance of the CDP. The CDP has an amazing customer success team: the team provides real-time support and suggestions on how to improve our customer segmentation, triggers, and solve difficult issues together with product owners. And our account managers (I've worked with 4 different managers throughout the years) are always helpful in solving business needs.

The platform’s flexibility fulfils all of retention goals. • Mindbox has very powerful API so you can automate almost everything.
