Easy to use via app or computer in addition to remote.

Ease of use. Just log in and set up quizzes or polls. Then students can use their remote, computer, or smart phone to answer the questions. Teacher's can assign things for students to accomplish prior to class to assess knowledge. Students can review results and learn from questions they get wrong. You can have classrooms within iclicker for each course in order to keep things organized. There is a section for study materials and a place to see grades. The company has a very responsive help desk. They are polite and eager to ensure that their users receive excellent customer service.

Excellent Resource for Whole Class Participation

It allows me to quickly take formative assessments throughout class while also providing a quick way for attendance to be reported.

Iclicker Review used during Undergraduate Studies

I love how the iclicker can do so many things! You can press the buttons in the remote and the answers chosen will reflect onto the screen. It’s incredibly fun and useful for students. I love how you can see tour answers love compared to other students. It engages learning and keeps them on their toes. It has been so far the best tool I for undergraduate studies. I also love that the battery life hold very well. There is no need to plug it into an outlet for it to charge, which is very nice. Additional upsides include working alongside peers to answer questions, and improved test scores due to attentiveness to iclicker questions. The iclicker is most helpful when students want to participate but are either too shy to raise their hand. This eliminates awkwardness in a classroom setting.
