The Team at Luminous is always super attentive and quick to jump on any question or concerns we have. We use it every day and it has become a staple for our company. If there is ever a feature that is missing or not working the way we'd like, they are quick to offer and impliment solutions.

We have certainly not provided them with a very easy transition to start tracking our inventory because our business has so many different variables that can certainly be challenging, but it has not stopped them from creating an inventory tracking system that works perfectly for our business. Being able to track inventory is such a crucial aspect of running a business and they have made that happen for us! Josh is incredible and is always there with any questions that I might need. They use Loom and create a detailed video to walk you through every question that you might have. It is super helpful when learning how to utilize Luminous!
